  • Connected AI assistants can list each standard job a service business can take, with the price the customer pays and what the business keeps.

Filter rentals by furnishing

  • Rental search can now filter by furnishing: unfurnished, partly or fully furnished. Homes that don't say stay in the results.
  • Connected AI assistants take the same furnishing choice when searching rentals.

Compare HDB flats by remaining lease

  • Connected AI assistants comparing HDB flats now give each flat's remaining lease, start year and block age.
  • Assistants can rank flats by the fewest years of lease a buyer will accept.

Edit a published listing

  • Owners can change a published listing's price, details and description from Sell or rent, and it stays live with its viewings.
  • A paused listing can be edited too, and shows the changes when it resumes.
  • Connected AI assistants can make the same changes once the owner confirms.

Loan and CPF figures follow the lease-to-95 rule

  • Enter the youngest buyer's age on a listing's financing section to see the loan term and LTV for that age.
  • When the lease ends before the youngest buyer turns 95, the page shows how much CPF can pay and the pro-rated HDB loan, and any cash the shortfall leaves.
  • Connected AI assistants estimating a mortgage take the buyer's age and the lease left, and give the same figures.

See an HDB listing's flat type

  • An HDB listing now names its flat type, such as 4-room, under its title, and links to other flats of that type.

See an HDB flat's remaining lease

  • An HDB listing now shows the year its lease began, the lease that remains and the block's age, read from the block's latest resale.
  • Key facts no longer lists a developer or unit count for an HDB flat.
  • Connected AI assistants give the same lease details.

Book Helpling home cleaning

  • One-time home cleaning from Helpling, in sessions of 2.5 to 4 hours, at Helpling's own prices with GST.
  • Compare Helpling with Luce for the same session length and book either on the website or in the Homejourney app.
  • Helpling's cancellation terms show before you book: free up to 24 hours before the start.

See the hawker centres and clinics near a listing

  • A listing's Location section now lists the hawker centres within 2 km and the CHAS clinics within 1 km, with walking times.
  • Dental clinics are marked, so you can tell them from GP clinics.
  • Connected AI assistants can list the same places.

See every home's lease left and age

  • Every HDB listing now shows its lease start, the lease left and the block's age, including flats listed by agents.
  • Condo, EC and landed listings show the lease left from the land lease start, and their age from TOP. Freehold and 999-year homes show their age.
  • Search results show the lease left and the year built where they are known, and connected AI assistants give the same lease and age.

See a listing's location and what is nearby

  • Each listing page has a Location section with a map of the block and a link to open it in Google Maps.
  • It lists the nearby MRT stations with walking times, primary schools within 1 km and 1 to 2 km, secondary schools and supermarkets.
  • Connected AI assistants can list the same nearby places.

See nearby places on a listing's map

  • A listing's Location section now has a map you can move and zoom, with nearby places pinned by category.
  • It shows every MRT and LRT station within 1.5 km, and nearby schools, supermarkets, hawker centres and clinics.

Your price, your call

  • A new price far from Homejourney's estimate on a live listing now shows your price next to the estimate range, and saves when you confirm.
  • Your listing stays live while you decide, and your AI assistant gives you the same warning before it saves.

Message a listing's owner or agent

  • Listings whose owner or agent is on Homejourney have a Message button that opens a chat in your Homejourney inbox, so you can ask a question without sharing your phone number.
  • Each viewing request in My viewing requests has a Message button too, which opens a chat with the owner or agent about that viewing.
  • Connected AI assistants can send the first message to a listing's owner or agent once you confirm it.

See your home listing as buyers will before you publish it

  • Open Preview as buyer on any draft to see your listing on the same page buyers will, marked as a preview and hidden from search, with a list of what is left before you can publish.
  • Publish stays greyed out until your listing is ready, and says what is still missing, such as a detail or Singpass.
  • If an AI assistant helps you list your home, it can show your draft as a card marked Private draft, with what is left and the same preview link.

Add the storey, facing, flat model and a price note to your listing

  • When you list your home, you can add its storey, which way it faces, its HDB flat model and the year you last renovated it.
  • Your listing page shows the storey as a three-floor range, such as 13 to 15, so buyers cannot tell which unit it is.
  • You can also add a short note on why your home is priced as it is, such as a high floor or a recent renovation. Your listing page shows it under the price.

Clearer search results

  • HDB search results now name the flat type, such as 4-room HDB, when it is known from the block's resale records.
  • Connected AI assistants give the same flat type in search results.
  • Search now shows a home once when several agents or sites list it under different names, and connected AI assistants compare it once.

Compare small shops with larger providers

  • In the app, services larger providers price themselves, such as aircon servicing, also list small shops' packages at Homejourney prices, as one Homejourney card.
  • Connected AI assistants show those packages under the Homejourney brand.
  • A small shop's booking reads Homejourney until the shop accepts the job, then names the shop, in your bookings, tracking, chat and AI booking status.

List your home with decluttered photos and a private storey

  • If you have decluttered versions of your photos, you can publish just those, without the cluttered originals.
  • Each decluttered or staged photo is tagged "Virtually staged", and your listing needs at least three photos in total.
  • When your listing's words give your exact storey, such as "13th floor", buyers see its three-floor range instead, and the form and your AI assistant tell you.

See a suggested price or rent when you list your home

  • Listing your home now suggests a price or monthly rent once you add the address and floor area.
  • You see the likely range and up to five recent sales or rentals nearby, with the date of the latest records.
  • The suggestion fills an empty price field, and you can change it. It is an estimate from recorded transactions, not a valuation.
